DMC is set to return to the scene in 2010 with an all new solo album entitled, "The Origins Of Block Music".  The DJ Johnny Juice produced "I Am A King" single has been making some noise for a minute now but there's still much more to come.

Speaking with HIPHOPGODS, DMC revealed what's next to be released at the top of the new year.  Produced by Sonix out of Paterson NJ, the next single is called "She Gets Me High".  It samples an old Leadbelly blues song called "Black Betty" but it's the collaboration on this particular record that is sure to catch people's attention.

Teaming up with DMC on "She Gets Me High" is Travis Barker on drums, Sebastin Bach on vocals, and Mick Mars from Motley Crue on guitar.

DMC sums it up best: "All I can say is everyone better watch out!  This is a music event!!!  It's going to be beats, rhymes and music!  It's gonna be some hardrockinhiphoppin HipHop and Rock N Roll.  Killa killa microphone killa, not Michael Jackson but it's gonna be a Thrilla!!!"

The king of rock has spoken.
