Duck Down Triple Threat
11-12-09

The Summer of 2005 bore witness to a resurgence of Boot Camp Clik artists. Calling on a unique strategy, Duck Down Records marched forward with a Triple Threat Campaign releasing three albums over the course of three consecutive months.

Fans were introduced to Sean Price's first solo offering, MONKEY BARZ, featuring hit records like "Onion Head," and "Boom Bye Yeah." Soon after Buckshot collaborated with grammy-award winning producer, 9th Wonder, for the first of their two albums, CHEMISTRY, which contained hits like "No Comparison," and "Side Talk."

Capping off an exciting campaign, Smif N Wessun returned with their name in-tact for their album, RELOADED. Album artwork for the projects was created by Marc Ecko and the Ecko Unltd. Mindlabs, who illustrated the comic book-like covers.

On November 24th, fans will have the opportunity to purhase a 3 CD box set containing The Triple Threat albums. This limited-edition item, although 3 CDs, will be available for the price of ONE CD. The Box Set Case has been strategically designed to provide a wrap-around feel of all three album covers placed together to form one complete and consistent image.
